An Alzheimer's Association group run by trained facilitators for family and friends caring for someone with dementia. Third Wednesday of the month through December.

Story times pause for a week and the Junior Room fills with crafts and games instead, open 10 to 4 each day. All ages, drop in, no registration.
In-Person Chair Yoga
An hour of chair yoga in the large meeting room, postures plus breath work and standing balance. Loose clothing and a low-backed armless chair are what they recommend.
Story Time with Miss Jackie
Miss Jackie reads a story and leads silly songs for ages 0 to 5 in the large auditorium. Half an hour on Tuesday mornings, no sign up, all welcome.
