Bring leftover yarn and a project to the large meeting room on Tuesday nights. Marianna, a lifelong library patron, runs it. All skill levels are fine and other fiber crafts are welcome.

Story times pause for a week and the Junior Room fills with crafts and games instead, open 10 to 4 each day. All ages, drop in, no registration.
In-Person Chair Yoga
An hour of chair yoga in the large meeting room, postures plus breath work and standing balance. Loose clothing and a low-backed armless chair are what they recommend.
Story Time with Miss Jackie
Miss Jackie reads a story and leads silly songs for ages 0 to 5 in the large auditorium. Half an hour on Tuesday mornings, no sign up, all welcome.

Local artists play the Mount Airy Road taproom every Friday. The brewery does not post set times ahead, so check the taproom page or call before you drive out.
SALT Performing Arts presents Carousel
Rodgers and Hammerstein's carnival barker and mill worker, staged Fridays through Sundays in Chester Springs across three weeks. A dollar from every ticket goes to the Chester County Food Bank.
Labor Day Weekend Train Excursions on the New Hope Railroad
Vintage coaches running out of the Bridge Street station all three days of the holiday weekend. Roughly forty-five minutes through Solebury farmland and back, and the last stretch of summer to do it in short sleeves.
