A Friday morning gathering for older adults in the library Board Room. It is a standing date on the calendar, so you can plan around it rather than watch for it.
Preschool Storytime at the William Jeanes Library
Ms. Rachel runs the preschool session in the community room on Tuesday mornings, half an hour of stories and songs. Water only in the room, everything else stays at the tables.
Artists in the Afternoon: Leaf Relief, grades 1 and 2
First and second graders press fall leaves into foil to make relief compositions, then paint over the texture. An hour in the Community Room, registration required.

The middle Sunday of the month brings Jamming Joe out to the patio, second of three September dates. Walk in, sit outside, and the acoustic season closes at the end of the month.
Gay Street Open-Air Market
Four blocks of Gay Street close to cars so restaurants push tables into the road. Walk down the middle of the street, eat outside, and browse the shops on either side.
