Abington Township runs a free document shredding morning at the Public Works yard on Florey Lane. Township residents only and no businesses, and the environmental council collects food pantry donations on site at the same time.

The Ardmore Business Association takes over Char and Stave on the second Tuesday morning of the month. Coffee, breakfast and an hour of talking shop with other owners.
