Oktoberfest

Kennett Square food & drink

Oktoberfest at The Creamery of Kennett Square runs Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 2 to 4 p.m. at 401 Birch Street. That is the whole of what the Creamery has posted so far. The event page reads "More information coming soon," so there is no word yet on the beer list, the food, the music or tickets. The house rules fill in most of what a planner needs. On a normal day the Creamery charges no entrance fee. Everyone goes through check-in, and anyone drinking gets an ID check and a wristband. It is first come, first served, with no reservations. Kids are welcome until 10 p.m., though the outdoor lawn games area is adults only after 8 p.m. Friendly dogs on a leash can stay in the gardens and patio, not the inside room. No outside food or drink. The place was built in 1902 as the Eastern Condensed Milk Company and has been a beer garden since 2016. The Late Ambitions play the outdoor patio from 7 to 10 p.m. that same night if you want to make an evening of it. The Creamery lists five places to park: its overflow lot at 220 Birch, the Square Roots lot at 455 Birch, Legacy Fields and the YMCA pool lot on South Walnut, and the Artelo Hotel at 201 Birch, and it asks you to be respectful of the neighbors. Check the Creamery's page again before you go, since the details are still to come.
