Newtown Labor Day Parade
Newtown's beloved Labor Day Parade steps off at 10 a.m. on Monday morning, with the 2026 theme 'Picture Perfect Parade' honoring Grand Marshal Bill Glass, who has spent decades capturing the town's most cherished moments behind the camera. Lineup begins at 7:30 a.m. for participants. This 100% volunteer-organized, self-funded tradition is a quintessential small-town Labor Day celebration.
