Historic Trade Demonstrations
Joiners, blacksmiths and other tradespeople work the crafts that kept William Penn's estate running, out in the yard where you can ask questions. Sunday manor house tours run at 12:30 and 1:30.

Hannah Penn ran the colony of Pennsylvania for six years and rarely gets the credit. First-person theater on the grounds, included with admission along with the animals and the garden.

Behind the Scenes Tours: Fonthill Castle From Tower to Crypt
Ninety minutes off the normal route through Henry Mercer's concrete castle: tower stairs, hidden passageways, the rooms the standard tour skips. Steep and dark in places, age fourteen and up.
Solar Viewing Drop-In
A weekday run of the library's solar telescope setup, ten to noon. All ages, no registration, and the observers walk you through what you are looking at. Cancelled if it is cloudy or raining.
