The township's family Halloween party, first Friday in October, doors at half past five. Costumes are the whole point. Run by Lower Makefield Parks and Recreation.

Costumed dogs and the people holding their leashes, run by Lower Makefield Parks and Recreation on the Saturday before Halloween. The township has not posted a start time yet.

A monthly evening that puts business owners, nonprofit staff and neighbors in one room with appetizers and a local cause to support. Running since 2023, at a different host venue each time.
Rice's Market (Tuesdays)
Thirty acres of flea market, farm stands and antique dealers going since the 1870s. Gates at 7am and it thins out by midday, so come early and bring cash.
Coffee & Conversation at Char & Stave
The Ardmore Business Association takes over Char and Stave on the second Tuesday morning of the month. Coffee, breakfast and an hour of talking shop with other owners.
