Perkasie's do-everything park along the East Branch Perkiomen Creek, with the Spine skate park, a dog park, sand volleyball, and a paved trail down both banks. A borough-owned wind turbine spins over the whole lot, and the ice rink opens once winter sets in.
College Settlement
The main grounds of College Settlement, the Horsham nonprofit that's been sending city kids to summer camp in these woods for decades. Day programs, camp sessions, and rentable land along the creek.
Jarrett Nature Center
A half-mile loop past pond, woods, meadow, and wetland, with interpretive signs illustrated by Hatboro-Horsham student artists. Trails are open dawn to dusk; leave the dog at home, per the center's own rule.
