A Saturday in each

Lansdale

  • Hong Kong Kitchen: Takeout Chinese on South Broad with the full canon on the menu: egg rolls, General Tso's, lo mein, teriyaki beef.
  • Corner Masala: South Asian corner grocery on Fifth Street where the stock doesn't stop at food — Indian clothing and jewelry share the floor.
  • SKR Sim Racing Center: Seven pro-grade racing simulators on Derstine Ave, opened in 2024, with direct-drive wheels, hydraulic load-cell pedals, and triple 43-inch displays.

New Hope

  • Landmark Tavern at Logan Inn: The Logan Inn has run as an inn since 1727, one of the oldest still going in the country, and the tavern out front is where you drink to it.
  • 4 The Love Of Thingz: A women's boutique on South Main where the Judy Blue denim wall runs deep and the graphic tees are filed by theme: sarcasm, animals, pride, holidays.
  • Bucks County Playhouse: A converted 1790 grist mill on the Delaware that's been staging shows since 1939, where Grace Kelly made her professional debut and Robert Redford premiered "Barefoot in the Park." Summers still mean full-scale musicals like this season's South Pacific and Rent, with dinner on the Playhouse Deck over the river before curtain.
