Volunteer: Give Back to Nature
The second volunteer morning of the month at ChesLen. Expect trail work, invasive removal and bed cleanup heading into winter. Register first so they know how many to expect.
Pints on the Preserve
The last pour of the season starts two hours earlier than the summer dates, one to five at the Lenfest Center pavilion. East Branch Brewing again, plus trails and a long view.
Gentle Sunset Yoga
Sunset comes early in November, so this one starts at five. Slow practice in the field with Jen Gervasi, straight after the beer garden packs up.
Around the same time
Rice's Market (Tuesdays)
Thirty acres of flea market, farm stands and antique dealers going since the 1870s. Gates at 7am and it thins out by midday, so come early and bring cash.
Executive Scramble
Nine simulated holes before work with a rotating cast of local business people. Ninety minutes, no handicap required, and the point is the conversation between shots as much as the golf.
Coffee & Conversation at Char & Stave
The Ardmore Business Association takes over Char and Stave on the second Tuesday morning of the month. Coffee, breakfast and an hour of talking shop with other owners.
