Monthly used book sale in the community room, run by the Friends of the library. A dollar a hardback, fifty cents a paperback, five dollars a bag. Bring your own bag or use theirs.

Stories That Protect: Preschool Storytime
Preschool storytime for ages three to five, this run built with Montgomery County's Victim Services Unit around feelings, safe adults, and boundaries. Registration required, and it opens two weeks out.

An afternoon screening of Pressure, the D-Day drama starring Andrew Scott and Brendan Fraser, at 1 pm in the Community Room. Rated PG-13.
Death Cafe
Tea, cake, and a frank group conversation about death and dying, led by death doula Kyra. Not a grief group, just an open table. Fifteen seats, register online.

SALT Performing Arts presents Carousel
Rodgers and Hammerstein's carnival barker and mill worker, staged Fridays through Sundays in Chester Springs across three weeks. A dollar from every ticket goes to the Chester County Food Bank.
The Aspen Tree Pop-In at SHIFT
The Aspen Tree takes over a corner of the Narberth refill shop for the first two weeks of September. Browse during shop hours, Tuesday to Sunday. The store is closed on Mondays.
