Keeper chats, a discovery table and a vulture flying overhead in the Wild Encounter, free with zoo admission. Hoover flies at eleven, and there is a greet with a turkey vulture at half two.
Meet the Authors Day at Elmwood Park Zoo
More than a dozen local authors set up tables inside the zoo for three hours on a Sunday morning, signing and selling between the animal habitats. Included with zoo admission.
Free Admission on Labor Day at Elmwood Park Zoo
The zoo drops admission to nothing for every guest on the Monday holiday, ten to five. Registration ahead is preferred, and a free day at a zoo is a good argument for arriving early.
