D-Town Brew-Down
The eighth annual D-Town Brew-Down fills the Minquas Fire Company on Wallace Avenue with home-brewed beer, and the proceeds go to the Downingtown Library. Amateur brewers pour samples that get judged for cash prizes, and every taster can vote for the People's Choice winner. Food trucks are on hand. It runs 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, October 24. You need to be 21 or older with a valid ID, and tickets are sold through TicketSignup.
