Solar Viewing with the Chester County Astronomical Society
The Chester County Astronomical Society sets up three solar telescopes at Exton Park's Chester Valley Trail trailhead on September 5, 10:30 to 1:30, free. The sun is at its once-in-11-years activity peak, so the scopes should catch sunspots and plasma loops in real detail.

West Whiteland's annual volunteer morning at Exton Park: tree planting, invasive removal, native plantings and Free Little Library building. Volunteers get a shirt and lunch. RSVP through the township.
