Rhythm Babes
Half an hour of music, bouncing and shakers for the very small, Friday mornings at the library on West Ferry Street. Caregivers stay and join in.

83rd Annual Ludwig's Corner Horse Show & Country Fair
A Chester County Labor Day tradition since 1943, the Ludwig's Corner Horse Show & Country Fair blends top-level equestrian competition with classic country fair fun. Watch hunters, jumpers, and equitation riders compete across three rings from morning through dusk, culminating in the $10,000 Mini-Prix on Labor Day Monday. The midway offers inflatables, rides, and games for kids, plus food trucks, a beer garden, and live music. Stroll vendor tents for local artisans offering home and garden decor, jewelry, apparel, and gourmet treats. Free admission to the grounds.
Resolver, Chiseled Lilies, Palinoia and Opossom
Four band Saturday at the Nail, all original material. A small stage on Haverford Road with a long habit of booking bands nobody else will.
Skippack Village Food Truck Festival
Fill your plate at the Skippack Village Food Truck Festival, returning for Labor Day weekend with about 30 food trucks and vendors lining the historic village. Browse the shops of Skippack Village between bites — most trucks are in the lots across from Pasta Basta. Bring the whole family, and dogs are welcome too. Free admission, pay as you go. Noon to 5 p.m. both days.
