The Court Inn

Built in 1733 as the Half-Moon Inn, this old tavern is now the Newtown Historic Association's home, with a second-floor room devoted to Edward Hicks, the Quaker folk painter who lived in town and gave the world The Peaceable Kingdom. It only opens Sundays, 1 to 4.

Gather Place Museum
