Pork butts get the house dry rub and smoke overnight, from the crew that took over the old Smoke Daddy's on South Broad. The order to make is the deep-fried brisket mac-and-cheese bites: chopped brisket folded into mac, rolled into balls, panko-breaded, and dropped.
