Autumn Abundance in Nature's Sanctuary, a Horticulture Tour
A ninety minute walk through Nature's Sanctuary, the natural burial section, as the fall color starts. Staff talk through what is blooming, seeding, and going dormant.
Pints & Plots: Brew Masters
Three hours tracing the brewing families buried at Laurel Hill, the lager barons who built the city's beer trade. The tour covers both grounds and starts on the Bala Cynwyd side.
Fall Equinox and Meditation Walk
An arboretum walk timed to the equinox, led by the arboretum manager and an energy guide, with short meditations along the way. Starts and ends at the Conservatory, where the parking is.

Babies Boogie Storytime (Ages birth-24 months)
The Monday morning sitting of the same storytime, thirty minutes of songs and bounces for babies under two, with play time after. Registration is optional.
Music and Movement
Songs, instruments and moving around for small children, Monday mornings in the large meeting room. The branch is closed for the holiday on October 12, so that one week skips.
Hike Willistown Series: Serpentine Barrens Tour
A naturalist led walk through the rare serpentine barrens at Willisbrook Preserve, ground that supports plants found almost nowhere else in Pennsylvania. Wear boots for uneven terrain and expect a slow pace built around stopping to look closely.
