The Cellar is a downstairs cocktail room under a bottle shop on Main Street, both pouring gin, whiskey, and vodka made up the road at Botanery Barn Distilling — order a drink, grab a bottle on the way out. Open Wednesday through Saturday till midnight, with small bites, wine, and beer if you're not chasing the spirits.
