Cutter and Cannon Spirits
Small-batch distillery running 200-gallon pot stills and seven house spirits, from Admirals Choice Gin to a gunpowder-strength double-barrel rum. They're out on Carter Drive for now, with a bottle shop and tasting room in the works at 104 E Gay Street.
Doan Distillery
A small-batch distillery on East Broad pouring spirits made a few steps from the tasting bar. Stop in for a flight and a cocktail you won't find at any other bar in town.
Nomad Distilling Co.
Nomad started distilling up in the Pennsylvania mountains in 2018 and now pours its ten house-made spirits from a tasting room on New Hope's Main Street. Come in for a flight or a cocktail; there's a Sunday brunch too.
Pennsylvania Distilling Company
A Malvern distillery bottling rye whiskey, small-batch vodka, dry gin and white rum, all from local ingredients. The cocktail bar only opens Friday and Saturday nights, so plan the tasting around that.
Triple Sun Spirits Co. - Newtown
Triple Sun distills its own bourbon, rye, and dark rum, then pours them into cocktails at this second-floor room on State Street. A chef-in-residence program (currently Matt Boffa) means the food menu turns over by the season, so the plates aren't an afterthought to the whiskey.
West Branch Distilling Company
A small-batch distillery on Birch Street, just off the downtown core. Kennett Square spirits, made and poured a block from State Street.
Yardley Distillery
Nicole Rabena turned a family seasonal project into a distillery, where the vodka runs through the still eight times and the limoncello leans on Meyer lemons. The bourbon comes off a mash of corn, rye, and malted barley, barrel-aged just long enough to pick up the oak.
Yardley General & The Cellar
The Cellar is a downstairs cocktail room under a bottle shop on Main Street, both pouring gin, whiskey, and vodka made up the road at Botanery Barn Distilling — order a drink, grab a bottle on the way out. Open Wednesday through Saturday till midnight, with small bites, wine, and beer if you're not chasing the spirits.
