Bang Bang Hibachi Grill & Sushi
Sushi rolls, hibachi plates, and boba tea in a storefront on West Broad Street. Lunch and dinner split at 3 o'clock, and Tuesdays are dark.
Bluefin Eagleview
BYOB sushi at Eagleview Town Center — bring a bottle and let the sashimi omakase do the deciding. One regular ranks the fish above anywhere else they've been in Pennsylvania; reservations recommended, and it's closed Mondays.
Bonjung Sushi & Korean BBQ
Sushi rolls and tabletop Korean BBQ under one roof on West Third Ave, so you can grill your own bulgogi or let someone else handle the raw fish. Come with a group and order more banchan than you think you need.
Chikara Sushi & Asian Fusion
Sushi in the Bridge Street thick of it, sharing an address with the taphouse crowd. The rolls hold their own against the noise.
Ginger Garden
Perkasie's takeout Chinese spot on East Walnut, with a sushi list running alongside the General Tso's and cheese wontons on the appetizer page. Closed Mondays; order online and it's pickup-ready.
Hakata Exton Ramen & Sushi
Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen and sushi on Woodcutter Street in Exton. The pork-bone broth is the reason to come; the sushi rounds out the table.
Haru Sushi
A takeout sushi counter on Makefield Road, run by a chef with 17-plus years behind the knife at top New York restaurants. Rolls, sashimi, and nigiri; the name means 'a single day' in Korean and 'spring' in Japanese.
Hibachi of Downingtown
Hibachi tables and an all-you-can-eat sushi deal on Lancaster Avenue, with a craft-cocktail and martini bar attached. Weekend lunch specials run noon to 3:45.
Issho sushi and steakhouse
Sushi and steak sharing one kitchen on North Pottstown Pike. Nigiri and rolls on one side, cuts off the grill on the other.
Jasmine Asian House
Locally owned spot on Main Street covering Japanese, Chinese, and Thai — sushi included, plus an all-you-can-eat menu for the ambitious. Lunch and dinner daily.
Kaede Sushi & Noodle
A second-floor sushi and noodle spot off Maple Street, rolls and bowls in a small room. Quieter than the Fayette Street rush a block over.
Kawaii Tori Sushi
A dinner-only sushi room on South Main with a full bar, which sets it apart in a stretch of Bucks County where most places are BYO. Tuesday through Saturday, 5 to 9, with a three-signature-rolls-for-$45 run worth showing up hungry for.
Koi Sushi Bar
Koi Sushi Bar does maki rolls and nigiri from a small room on Skippack Pike. Steady regulars, the kind of sushi spot a town quietly holds onto.

Mikado Thai Pepper Restaurant
Thai Pepper opened in 1991, Mikado joined it next door in 1999, and in 2008 the wall between them came down. Sit anywhere and order off both menus, sashimi or Thai red curry. BYOB.
Mino Sushi & Ramen
The West Chester branch of Malvern's Mino, turning out ramen, sushi tacos, poke bowls, and bubble tea on Gay Street. The kitchen claims 25-plus years of practice; Mondays it rests.
Moca Asian Cuisine
Dim sum and sushi share the menu with the Chinese standards, and the dining room takes OpenTable reservations. Mind the clock — Monday through Thursday the kitchen breaks from 3 to 4 between lunch and dinner.
Momo & Sushi Cafe
Nepalese kitchen on East Market where the momos share a menu with sushi rolls. It's the dumplings people keep coming back for.
Nozomu Sushi
A dinner-only sushi bar on Mechanic Street that's won best-in-Bucks-County two years running since opening in 2022. It's BYOB and closed Mondays, with a house New Hope Roll and a new seasonal special roll every month; reserve ahead Friday through Sunday.
OOKA
Doylestown's default for the teppanyaki birthday dinner, and the sushi bar holds its own when nobody at the table is turning ten. Spare, wood-lined room just off Veterans Lane.
Origami Asian Fusion Exton
Asian fusion on West Lincoln Highway in Exton, sushi rolls and a pan-Asian menu. Newer to the strip, still building its regulars.
Osaka
Sushi bar and Chinese kitchen under one roof, so a single order can cover General Tso's chicken and a Downingtown Roll — tempura shrimp topped with eel and tobiko. The signature-roll list runs deep, right down to a Sunshine at Uwchlan named for the avenue out front.
Osaka Asian Cuisine
Chinese and Japanese menus out of one kitchen on Route 113, sushi bar included, in the space that used to be Olive Trees and the Santucci pizzeria. Open seven days, until 10 Friday and Saturday.
Osushi - Ardmore
Sushi on Greenfield Avenue, one of three Osushi rooms along with Wayne and Marlton. The specials run to otoro tartare, A5 wagyu carpaccio and rock shrimp tempura, with an omakase nigiri set if you want the counter to choose.
Philly Lobster Gourmet Foods
A seafood counter on East Lancaster Avenue in Wynnewood that brings inventory in fresh daily, with produce alongside it, prepared entrees to finish at home, and rolls their sushi chef makes on site.
Queen Sushi
Sushi bar and Chinese kitchen under one roof on North Keswick, where a bento box and a plate of sesame chicken come off the same lunch menu. Reservations go through a form on their site or by phone.
Sake Mian 麺
Japanese kitchen on East Lancaster Avenue where the raw side and the noodle side share one menu: yellowtail tiradito, seared tuna tataki and premium sashimi, then shoyu ramen and tonkatsu sets. Closed Tuesdays.

Butler Avenue's quiet sushi room at a 4.7. Sit at the bar and let the knife work be the show.
Sushi Land
A Japanese kitchen on Lancaster Ave that has been at it since 2004, with a long list of special rolls next to the raw and cooked standards. Lunch closes at 2:30, dinner picks up at 4, and Mondays are closed.
Sushi Sei Express
A sushi counter inside the Ardmore Farmers Market, cutting rolls to order and packing party trays on pre-order. Chef Tu Truong started at 16 as a dishwasher at Kawabata in Old City. The ginger miso, honey wasabi and spicy mayo are made in house.
Sushiwa Poke & Roll
Build-your-own poke bowls and sushi rolls in the shops on Horsham Road. Counter service, load up on toppings, and you're out the door fast.
Tokyo Restaurant
Japanese and sushi on Skippack Pike, no website and no fuss. The sort of neighborhood sushi bar you end up on a first-name basis with.
Umami Asian Bistro
Sushi plus a pan-Asian menu that wanders from Szechuan stir-fries to Thai curry in a clay pot, going since 2011. It's BYO — bring a bottle and they'll open it without ceremony.
Vic's Sushi Rosemont
Benny and Eric have been making sushi since 1998, and this Rosemont storefront is their newest counter. Benny is up at 5am to pick the fish at the New York markets. Closed Sundays.
