The Daisy Tavern
A neighborhood tavern on East Hector Street doing gastropub plates and cocktails that both get some actual thought. Open from late morning most days, with seating indoors and out for the long afternoon.
Farmhouse Tavern
An English pub with a working fireplace and a Dr. Pepper pulled pork sandwich that's become the reason regulars keep coming back. Weekday social hour runs 4 to 6, right when you need it.
The Grog Grill
A pub on West Lancaster Avenue where the kitchen runs burgers, shepherd's pie, poutine and cheesesteaks until 9:30pm and the bar keeps going to 2am Thursday through Saturday.
Iron Abbey
A gastropub on Easton Road with a beer list that runs deep into Belgian and Trappist territory. Come for the mussels and a pour you will not find on tap anywhere else nearby.
Isaac Newton's Bar & Restaurant
Twenty-two taps, fourteen of them on constant rotation, plus 150-odd bottles, in a State Street building that predates the country. It's been Newtown's beer headquarters for two decades-plus; the food menu is long and does the job, but the Delirium Tremens on draft is why you walk in.
Lansdale Tavern
The crab cakes are homemade and the wings have a following, but the real draw is Flight Night — $20 for four of the bar's signature cocktails. Trivia and music bingo keep the back tables loud most weeknights.
Maxwell's On Main (MOMs)
The Main Street gastropub that has been doing Southern-leaning American cooking and weekend live bands since 2010. Ten craft ales always on tap, chicken and waffles on the menu, and a second-floor patio worth angling for.
Porter
Butler Avenue's newer American room, named like a beer and plated like it means business. The bar seats are the move.
The Pour House
A gastropub on Pottstown Pike in Exton with a draft list that runs deep. Come for wings and the big game on the screens.
Rams Pint House & Rooftop Lounge
A rooftop deck over Chestnut Street, open since 2020, where the seats run first-come, first-serve and the taps stay on till midnight on weekends. Get up there early on a Friday if you want a rail spot for the game.
The Salt House
Pub fare that got ambitious, served across a 1751 stone building with a tavern fireplace, an upstairs library lounge, and a brick patio out back. Ask for the library room when you want a New Hope dinner nobody's shouting over.
Santino's Tap & Table
Santino's Tap & Table pairs a rotating draft list with pub plates on East Market Street. Pull up at the bar for a beer or settle in for dinner.
The Side Bar in the Marketplace
Gastropub tucked into the Main Street Marketplace with a tap list that leans local. The 'side' undersells it.
Station Taproom

Stolen Sun Scratch Kitchen & Taphouse
Brewery and scratch kitchen on North Pottstown Pike, pouring its own beer next to a full dinner menu. The taphouse setup means a flight and a plate without leaving your seat.
Stove & Tap Lansdale
The original Stove & Tap, holding down the old Molly Maguire's space on Main with a taxidermied bear named Biff keeping watch over the bar. Order the wings and work down a tap list that turns over fast enough that regulars log every pour on Untappd.
Stove & Tap West Chester
Gastropub on West Gay Street pairing a long draft list with mussels, burgers, and a from-scratch comfort menu. Part of the local Stove & Tap group.
Vault Brewing Company
A craft brewery inside the 1889 Yardley National Bank, where the original steel vault now cellars the kegs instead of cash. The Cain brothers opened it in 2012 with a wood-fired kitchen turning out pizzas alongside the seasonal beer list.
