Best-of list

The Best Restaurants in Conshohocken

The ten Conshy dining rooms worth planning a night around, ranked on staying power and what actually comes out of the kitchen.

A good best-of list is mostly about what it leaves off. El Limon is one of the town's genuine pleasures and we send people there all the time, but it is a counter-service taqueria, not a sit-down dinner destination, so it is not on this list of ten. We also kept off the places that closed, no matter how fondly people still talk about them: Fayette Street Grille shut its doors in 2021 and Blackfish followed in late 2025. What is left are ten rooms that have earned a reservation, ranked on years of local loyalty and food reputation we cross-checked, not on who had the best week.

1

Spring Mill Café

The French BYOB in a converted farmhouse has been the area's special-occasion table since 1978 and holds a Slow Food Snail of Approval to go with it. Nothing else in Conshohocken competes with it for a real dinner out, and the Sunday brunch is its own institution.

164 Barren Hill Road, Conshohocken, PA 19428

2

Aroma on Ford

The elevated Italian room that took over the old Stella Blu space in West Conshy rolls its pasta by hand every day and takes reservations on Resy with valet out front. It is young, but it is already the name people give when they want to impress someone.

101 Ford Street, West Conshohocken, PA 19428

3

Salt & Stone

The modern American arrival at 128 Fayette put a serious cocktail bar and a from-scratch kitchen on the main drag, and it is the room getting name-dropped when someone wants a nicer night in town. Newer than the classics above it, with the ratings and the after-work crowd already lining up behind the reputation.

128 Fayette St, Conshohocken, PA 19428

4

Bar Lucca

A Tuscan kitchen that turns out its own pasta and pours farm-inspired cocktails, with the kind of steady five-star word of mouth that outlasts trends. The fried eggplant and the daily fresh pasta are what regulars come back for.

729 East Hector Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428

5

Bar Sera

The successor to Cerdo on East Elm has become the town's most-recommended table, running Detroit-style pizza alongside house-made pasta, bread, and gelato. It sits at the top of the Fayette Street area on Yelp for a reason, though the room gets loud once it fills.

382 E Elm St, Conshohocken, PA 19428

6

Gypsy Saloon

The longtime West Conshy standby leans eclectic with an Italian streak, a full bar, live music, and a patio, and it has outlasted most of its neighbors. Portions and price draw the occasional gripe, but it remains a genuine sit-down destination years after opening.

128 Ford Street, West Conshohocken, PA 19428

7

Trattoria Totaro

The family-run BYOB on Spring Mill Avenue gets voted the best BYOB in town by the people who eat there most, cooking scratch Italian in a room that seats a crowd cozily. Weekend tables go fast and the wine you carry in costs you nothing extra.

639 Spring Mill Ave, Conshohocken, PA 19428

8

Baan Atelier

The Fayette Street BYOB pairs Thai cooking with French technique and changes with the seasons, plating things like banana-leaf sea bass and duck larb. It is one of the newer rooms in town, and the early word from people who eat out often runs strong.

119 Fayette St, Conshohocken, PA 19428

9

The StoneRose Restaurant

A Fayette Street American standby that lands near the top of Conshohocken on the travel-review sites and keeps its menu consistent year after year. Not the flashiest table in town, just one that rarely misses.

822 Fayette St, Conshohocken, PA 19428

10

Southern Cross Kitchen

Conshohocken southerncomfort-foodbar

The Southern-comfort and brunch address that half of Conshohocken has an opinion about, and most of those opinions bring people back. The crowds and the Restaurant Week regulars keep it in the conversation.

8 E 1st Ave, Conshohocken, PA 19428
